Collabor8 Event Space
Looking to host an event such as a talk or reception? Our Collabor8 Event Space located in the atrium can host 60-80 guests, tailored to your event needs. Wi-Fi, a large TV, clickshare capabilities are included. Contact us for pricing, set-up and other amenities.
Facilit8 Room
Looking to host a training session or board meeting? This room can host 20-30 guests. Wi-Fi, TV, clickshare and hybrid-conference capabilities are included.
Innov8 Meeting Room
This meeting room can accommodate 4-6 people. Wi-fi included along with access to a kitchenette and the Collabor8 Event Space.
Ide8 Meeting Room
This meeting room can accommodate 3-5 people. Wi-fi included along with access to a kitchenette and the Collabor8 Event Space.
Elev8 Meeting Room
This meeting room can accommodate 6-8 people. Wi-fi included along with access to a kitchenette and the Collabor8 Event Space.
Cre8 Maker Space

Podcast Room
Record your next episode in a professional and quiet setting. Our podcast room is equipped with microphones, headphones, and a mixer—ideal for creators, interviewers, and small teams. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned podcaster, the space supports high-quality audio recordings in a comfortable environment. Bring your own recording device or test with tools like a GoPro. Bookings are available by the hour, with staff on hand to help troubleshoot basic tech issues.
Shared-Use Commercial Kitchen Pilot
The City’s shared-use commercial kitchen pilot program provides shared-use access to fully equipped, inspected, and licensed commercial kitchen facilities at Rockway Centre and the Downtown Community Centre. This program helps empower culinary entrepreneurs, small businesses, and aspiring chefs by addressing the challenge of accessing professional-grade kitchens.
Each facility includes;
- Affordable hourly rates from $27/hour, which includes utilities, maintenance and cleaning costs
- Flexible scheduling, allowing you to book the kitchen when it suits your business needs
- High-quality, well-maintained equipment for a seamless cooking experience
